The Renovation
Artisan Espace Design handled the supply and installation of all tiles and countertops for the building’s three units. In the kitchens, quartz countertops were selected for their durability and sleek appearance, with neutral tones that complement various cabinet styles.
In the bathrooms, the wall and floor tiles were chosen for their contemporary style and ease of maintenance—two essential criteria in a rental or multi-unit building.
Coordinating deliveries, measurements, and installations across all three units required our team to be meticulously organized to meet the project deadlines. Each space received the same attention to detail, regardless of the project’s scale.
The Result
The three units of this triplex in Longueuil were delivered on time, with finishes on par with the most meticulously designed residential projects. This result demonstrates Artisan Espace Design’s ability to meet the needs of multi-unit projects without compromising on quality.
