- We'll answer your questions
Your Questions, Our Answers
How much does a quartz or granite countertop cost?
The price varies depending on the material chosen, the size of the space, and the complexity of the cuts (sinks, faucets, rounded corners). Engineered quartz is often a little more affordable than natural stone. We’ll provide you with a detailed, free estimate before starting any work—so there are never any surprises on the final bill.
What are the production and delivery times?
Generally, allow between 7 and 14 business days from the time measurements are taken until your finished countertop is delivered. For more complex projects or materials that must be specially ordered, we’ll provide you with a specific timeline in advance so you can plan your project accordingly.
Do your countertops come with a warranty?
Yes, absolutely. We work exclusively with certified, high-quality materials, and our work is guaranteed. If something isn't to your liking upon delivery, we'll take care of it right away. We're building our reputation on the South Shore one satisfied customer at a time.
What is the difference between a quartz countertop and a granite countertop?
Engineered quartz is made from crushed natural quartz mixed with resin, which makes it nonporous, highly stain-resistant, and easy to maintain. Granite is a natural stone quarried directly from the quarry—each slab is unique, with its own veins and hues. It requires sealing from time to time, but its natural beauty is unmatched.
Do you make bathroom countertops in addition to kitchen countertops?
Absolutely! We make custom countertops for kitchens, bathrooms, kitchen islands, offices, and any other indoor space. Large-format porcelain tiles are especially popular for bathrooms—moisture-resistant and remarkably elegant, they completely transform the look of a room.
Do you offer quartz countertop services in Longueuil and the surrounding areas?
Yes, absolutely! L'Artisan Espace Design serves the entire South Shore of Montreal. Our store is located in Brossard, and we come to your home to take measurements in all surrounding towns: Brossard, Longueuil, Saint-Lambert, La Prairie, Candiac, Sainte-Catherine, Greenfield Park, Boucherville, Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, and the surrounding areas.
Whether you’re renovating a kitchen in Saint-Lambert, a bathroom in Longueuil, or a brand-new condo in Brossard, our team will come directly to your home to take measurements with care and precision.
We also install throughout an area within about an hour’s drive of the store, and we can travel farther if needed—feel free to contact us to discuss your project!

Granite Countertops in Longueuil —
The Natural Beauty of Stone
Whether in the beautiful homes of Old Longueuil or the well-established residences of Saint-Lambert, natural granite countertops remain a prestigious choice. Each slab is unique—you’ll never find the same pattern at your neighbor’s house. Granite is heat- and impact-resistant, and when properly maintained, it retains its luster for decades.
We work with carefully selected natural stone suppliers. Before cutting, we show you the available slabs so you can choose the veining and hues that appeal to you. Nothing is left to chance—especially not the final look of your kitchen.
